Objective:
Sony's foray into the distribution channel was a challenge, and they wanted to cultivate a relationship with the largest value-added distributor in the industry. The goal was to launch their new 42" plasma display into the market with a splash.
Outcome:
We took a non-traditional approach to developing the creative, and created an ad that was compelling and eye-catching. A massive campaign with five trade publications ensued, positioning Sony as a major contender in the high-end audio/visual space.
