Objective:
As one of New Jersey's premier audio/visual systems integrators, Franklin Central Communications installs everything from projectors, multi-sound room configurations, outdoor sound and alarm systems. They cater to both residential and commercial clients and are considered by many as a full technology partner. Having relied on referrals for new and repeat business, Franklin Central Communications wanted to institute a full-scale marketing strategy to acquire new customers, but didn't have the infrastructure to support a marketing staff.
Outcome:
We developed a new website that fully captures Franklin Central Communications' diversified service offerings. In addition, an e-commerce component, e-newsletter, new corporate collateral, acquisition campaign and customer loyalty programs are currently in process.
