A former Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank, he has held similar positions at Manufacturers Hanover, Hypercom and MasterCard Worldwide. He has also advised the United States Treasury Department on Electronic Benefits Transfer systems. Howard was a key member of the management team responsible for the initial roll-out of the Cirrus Nationwide Automated Teller System.

He has been a member of the CEDIA, CEA, NSCA and InfoComm International strategic planning committees. As Vice President of Marketing for Electrograph Systems, Carl was instrumental in growing the company's sales to over $200 million.

Robert has over twenty years experience in the advertising and marketing field. As creative/art director, he has managed creative development and art direction for such clients as Toyota, Scion and the USGA. In 2001, Robert started Coyne Design, a creative design company providing networked, multi-media advertising and marketing solutions to the electronics industry. He has developed in-depth marketing solutions to support electronics manufacturers including Sony, NEC, Pioneer and Panasonic.

Lakeina has over 10 years of experience in the AV Industry. Lakeina has experience driving sales, marketing and delivering service to leading organizations. Prior to joining Almond Tree, Lakeina was a key sales professional at Electrograph Systems, a leader in professional audio and video products. Within two years, she generated nearly $1.5 million in revenue for Electrograph Systems Inc. While at Electrograph, she designed sales tactics to increase and target business from the non-traditional client. Lakeina was credited by NEC for producing the Highest Overall Revenue during the year of 2005. Lakeina’s expertise includes years of experience as a Marketing Specialist who collaborated with the VP of Marketing to implement a variety of successful dealer marketing campaigns. Lakeina resides in Baltimore, MD with her family and is a proud parent of her two sons.
